Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of practice that links breath with movement. The term "Vinyasa" comes from the Sanskrit words "Vi," meaning "specially," and "Nyasa," meaning "to place." In this class, we will deliberately place each movement, creating a seamless flow that enhances both physical strength and mental clarity.

Elif has been immersed in the practice of yoga for over seven years, cultivating a deep connection to her mind, body, and spirit. In 2023, she took a significant step in her journey by completing her Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in Mysore, India. This transformative experience allowed her to practice with various esteemed gurujis, enriching her understanding of yoga's profound teachings.
Humbly integrating the 8 limbs of Ashtanga into her daily life, Elif strives to embody the principles of yoga both on and off the mat. Her passion for sharing this wisdom drives her vision to inspire others on their own yoga journeys, fostering a sense of community and growth. Elif is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and practice, aiming to guide others in discovering the transformative power of yoga.
