As the body settles and awareness expands, you may encounter sensations, emotions, memories, energetic shifts or simply a profound sense of rest and reconnection.

There is nothing you need to achieve or become.

You are simply invited to listen inwardly, follow your body and reconnect with your own inner rhythm and innate wisdom.
