Join us for a weekly gathering where we awaken the innate intelligence of body, mind, and spirit through the healing power of Chanting and the chakra system.

For centuries, chanting has been a powerful tool for healing, presence, and deep connection. Each vibration carries energy that can release tension, clear emotional blockages, and realign us with our true essence. By exploring sound through the chakras, we activate different layers of our being, bringing balance, expansion, and vitality.

Your voice is medicine—a unique frequency that the world needs. So many of us still hold back due to fear, conditioning, or limiting beliefs. This space is an opportunity to break through those barriers, reconnect with your voice, and express yourself freely and authentically.

Over the next several weeks, we will chant our way through the entire chakra system, dedicating two weeks to each chakra—starting from the Root Chakra and rising up to the Crown Chakra.

Each chakra is associated with a mantra seed, a vibrational sound that resonates with its energy.
By chanting these sacred sounds, we will awaken the intelligence of our body and spirit, bringing greater clarity, presence, and alignment into our lives.

Through guided vocal practices and deep listening, we will:
• Ground into our bodies and strengthen our connection with the Earth.
• Release stored emotions and open our voices with confidence.
• Explore the power of vibration to shift energy to clear your mind.
• Chant together, creating a powerful field of resonance and healing.

We’ll close each session by singing together—expanding the vibration we’ve cultivated and allowing it to ripple beyond the space, into our lives and into the world.

No experience is needed—just a willingness to listen to and connect with the intelligence of your body .
