An evening of music, prayer, and presence beneath the stars.

It is with deep gratitude and great honour that we welcome Rainer Scheurenbrand to Tierra Iris for a very special and intimate ceremonial concert celebrating the release of his seventh album, Quetzal.

Before beginning his solo journey, Rainer was an accomplished classical guitarist, studying chamber music and classical guitar in Hannover, Germany. His search for a deeper expression of life eventually led him to Brazil, where he immersed himself in its culture and recorded his first solo album, Jardim, in Rio de Janeiro in 2006. Jardim became one of the pioneering albums of what many now know as the medicine music movement.

For nearly two decades, Rainer has travelled through Europe, North America, and South America, allowing his music and his curiosity to guide his path. His songs reflect a profound connection with nature and the world of Spirit.

Some call it healing music. Some call it medicine music. Through brilliant harmonies, masterful guitar playing, and melodies of extraordinary beauty, his music has inspired and supported thousands of people around the world. Today, his songs continue to reach a global audience of devoted listeners.

On this very special evening, Rainer will present Quetzal, sharing many of its songs live for the very first time.

This gathering will be intentionally intimate, offering a space to truly listen, connect, and experience the music in the unique atmosphere of Tierra Iris. We feel deeply honoured to welcome Rainer to our home and to share this unforgettable evening with our community.
