After a season of creating, playing, holding space, bringing people together, and pouring our energy into making magic happen for others…

I felt there was a need for a space for us to come together, to land, to receive, and to integrate.

Because sometimes, after all the music, the dancing, the creating, and the giving, we need a moment to come back to ourselves.
To be held rather than holding.

AFTER THE AFTERS is an invitation to do just that.

We’ll journey through Innerdance, allowing music, frequencies, my voice and your body’s own wisdom to take you wherever you need to go.

We’ll explore Sacred Senses, reconnecting with ourselves through the senses, presence and ritual.

And we’ll finish with a sauna, a chance to soften, unwind and let it all settle.

A little end-of-season nourishment for the body, mind and soul.
Coz the people who create the magic need a little magic themselves.

A space to land after the season.
To feel what needs to be felt.
And to remember what it feels like to simply receive.
