If you suffer from lower back pain or hips and want to learn how to manage it, if you have no experience in massage or are a confirmed therapist and want to learn new moves to work on the hips or if you just love to be touched, this course is for you.

Taking off from

- 10h to 13h
we propose a space of exchange with experienced therapists that will guide you through different massage techniques to decrease or get rid of your pain.
For those who want to join at the end, we propose a walk to the Forada Artisans Market.

What to bring:
-comfortable clothes
-your favourite massage oils
-a blanket and a sharon to lay on
-your therapeutic toolbox
-the course will happen on the ground but if you like to work on a table you can bring one
-some fruit to share at the end 🍉 🍌 🍇
